Dinner Theater -- Zero Clearance Theater Co.
Zero Clearance is a community theater company in
Oakridge that was formed in 1994. Since the
establishment of a nonprofit support group, Friends
Of Theater and Arts, in 1998, the theater
has stayed in the black.
Using only local performers, and staging both published and original works, this local troupe provides artistic opportunities for both supporters and actors. Local high school students often take parts in the productions. Works of local artists are usually featured in the lobby. Local artists also work on sets, props and costumes.
The theater performs 3 productions (9 performances) per year as well as the outdoor summer amphitheater performance of the Oldtime Radio Show at Greenwaters Park in Oakridge. In May every year, in conjunction with the Tree Planting Festival, we have the dinner theater which means there is no Sunday Matinee. All performances are at night and they include a wonderful catered dinner in addition to the performance. Be sure to get your tickets in advance, as dinner theater generally sells out early due to the limited seating available.
Zero Clearance Theater Co presents:
